| Chefs Mark and Michelle are both Culinary graduates of Johnson & Wales University. Mark studied Culinary arts in northern Italy, and Michelle worked her Culinary internship in 2002 at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Between them, they have over 20 years experience in the Culinary world, and the passion for 50 more. |
